the app is a wrong implementation in a little bit modified version but not really suitable for cell phones. neither the display size nor the keyboard has been adapted. login with Google is not possible, registration as new member is also not possible, the booking is possible anyway.. so it's a usable, functionable but trash.
Every time I tried to make a booking, it cancelled it after the payment stage! Incredibly frustrating! I've now tried to use this app a number of times. You can't log in to the client zone. I'd have booked more often with Gold Car if they had a fully functioning app and website.
Bit buggy. Top of screen cut off (Android). Couldn't touch the cursor to edit in text. Couldn't use Google login with multiple profiles. Works tho. Great car company. Very well run. This review is for the app only. Not Goldcar.
`Doesn't work properly with English language and very slow. One of the main issue is when it calculates the amount, suddenly instead of price it shows "NaN.00" something like this. Would he nice to fix this issues. Also, in terms of the prices when I go online via web is different price and via app is different. Would like to know more why is there so much inconsistency`,HOLIDAY DESTROYERS !!! I paid for the fiat 500 and when I arrived they said they didn't and gave me an old renalut clio with the ignition service key on board and they didn't want to change my car or cancel my reservation, it was a danger to me and to pedestrians. Please choose any other rental company for the health of you and the people around you, if anyone wants more information I have pictures and recordings with Goldcar. DO NOT CHOOSE GOLDCAR"
