App does not provide timely infoemation. It is supposed to be for tracking and this entire week, it has been showing the vehicle position from previuos day. Updates happen after 30-35 minutes. Totally defeats the purpose of tracking.

does it work with Android 9? I have problem signing up. The drop location drop down doesn't allow me to select anything. And since drop location is made as mandatory field for signing up, I can't use the app at all.

Cannot handle multiple kids registered (does not allow to switch even if it shows both names). The app does not refresh bus location properly, but icon just jumps all over the place.

so far even a simole thing like registeration has not worked. there are fields that are not populated but you cannot register without on asking the vendor, they will do it offline if you give information about drop location, drop time etc. this exchange of information happens over normal whatsapp and am very uncomfortable giving out such information to random strangers. either the app needs to get this information from thr school or the update should be possible via the app

Highly unreliable. Doesn't show current location of school bus, which is its primary function. Works once in may be 15 to 20 times."
