no customer service, they don't respond. videos no longer work. sometimes pics dont even work, or I do not receive notifications for the doorbell. basically all it does now is allow you to view live feed.
most basic function is to record videos, it has a temporary cloud recording but not available for purchase. no other option to record videos. now my camera doesn't save even still pictures.
No motion sensors anymore. App does not support an neither does Nortec security. I called an talked to 3 diffrent technician's and not a one of them knew why or how to fix it.
Door doesn't alert my phone unless the app is up
