We just left them for another power company, I read the reviews and a lot of people blame the app but I blame the company, poor customer service, my partner tried so many times to put my name in the account but fhey never did it. When he asked for a receipt/invoice, they sent a screenshot to him. poor app, it doesn't show how much kw you use, it doesn't show how much you really spend per day and you don't get any information about it either per month. This power company SUCKS, do not sign up!!!
We no longer have a power card so we use the app instead. For some reason, the app had logged us out on all our phones and so we had to call in and receive. Vey inconvenient. Edit: constantly still logs off and now its slow updating top-up amount.
problems like. notify that top up has failed even though it was successful. reconnecting can be a problem, sometimes will fail and also the app resets, so it'll go back to where you put your surname and account number. Developers should fix these problems.
Do not like the upgrade because for me nothing has changed, apart from the font. In addition to that it no longer keeps you signed in automatically - you need to log in (it doesn't even save your details, no one memorises their globug account number!). That's the only change and it's done the opposite of improve the app. Luckily on internet browser I was able to log in because Google Chrome saved my log in details.Please make the app auto sign in.
Quite possibly the worst app I have come across - so much that if the rating was available I'd give it no stars. It is definitely not user-friendly and appears to have become much worse after the update. When trying to make a payment it always says one is already in progress and I have to wait at least an hour for this error to clear before processing. Overall, I think it much easier to top up using the website."
