Suddenly stopped working, not able to login back to the account, says no connection. Not able to add it to Google home also. I worked fine for around 6 months, I think devices are good but some issue with hardware. Tried reinstall too, but not even able to login, please fix it. Edit: Spoke to customer care and got it fixed and works fine now. But once in a week it fails to respond to Google home, but works fine from app
Dispersion is a large Improvement over the old app. Each of the electrical devices has a little number underneath it which you can easily use to match up with the device you're setting up, which makes it a lot easier to make sure you're setting up the correct device. The more detailed instructions with pictures and Mini videos, also make it a lot easier to connect without any issues. I use this to connect a smart switch, and a smart plug. Both of them were able to set up without any issues.
App no longer working, can log in and i play online again, its the only way i can log in but i cant add any device

Came back home last Friday. Switches didn't work. Wanted to check in the app. App was not working. Reinstalled app. Now can not reach my account. Please explain me what is going on here..."
