No use of this app, none of the department looks public grievances. Pending from long time even contact details mentioned are not even exist. At ground it is useless.
as per the app experience. all the necessary options like feedback etc are there, good job the developers, but when i lodged 2 complaints and they were assigned i was happy then i recieved the notification that it has been resolved, but to my dissapointment it wasn't .
It is just a formality , nothing will happen when u complain on this app no work done and it shows issue Resolved. i dont know how ?
