Good solution for online delivery of groceries, especially Kerala foods. Other non-food items are available too. Have the option of payment upon delivery or via bank transfer.
The first order delivery was impressive..so I recommended to friends and family, they ordered and had bad experience too. The next delivery was all rotten leafy vegetables..spinach and coriander, missing items and expensive compared to local grocery. I complained to them and there was no acknowledgment on the same, no regret. I would not recommend.
I purchased 2 times through get it. First time I got 10 riql discount for the first time purchase too. if you compare the rates of products with local market it looks cheaper BUT we can't select the good one that is what happened with second order they sent what ever is with them irrespective of quality.. And when I reported they said extremely sorry for what they did...just like slapping on someones face and saying sorry to them... Because they don't have a quality control.. Thanks
This is my first time to order this online shopping. Unfortunately, it was really bad experience and very upset for me.. There were some items that they are replacing whithout informing me ahead of time..If there's no availble stocks, then, it's fine that you will skip it, rather you will replace another items.That items you replaced which I don't need it. I'm calling your mobile numbers and customer service to resolve my concern but you're not responding. Very poor customer service!!!
I have been a frequent user of this online shopping service for few months now as i was not aware of this online shop and their services before. I have got excellent service from them and the customer service over the WhatsApp is really responsive for any queries you might have. I even have added few items to an order which was placed few hours ago and i got them delivered along with my main order with an additional bill for the item i have chosen via WhatsApp. I highly recommend this app, and I wish i knew about Getit.qa when i did not have driving license and car as you would not have to spend your taxi fare just to buy your grocery needs,etc. Thank you, Imthiyas'
