The Geo-Citizen platform – merges geo-web technologies and social media in one single, comprehensive platform, and is a interactive tool for participatory spatial planning. It allows Citizens and Communities to collaboratively report observations, discuss ideas, solve and monitor issues around their neighborhoods.
This mobile application serves for reporting observations to the platform, the user can:

(2) report an spatial observation by:

- upload a photo (camera or gallery)
- add description of the issue
