Use UptoPlay to play online the game FTP Player (client).
iFTPClient is a FTP, FTPS client. It can manage several FTP configurations. It comes with both device and FTP file browser. It provides download, upload and online media playing features. It can open (local/remote), rename, delete and more.
FTP outperforms samba, the streaming can achieve higher bandwidth!
Due to some limitation, non-UTF8 encoded server might encounter some problems.
But it might block some features if AD can't successfully load.
Some Custom ROM will redirect ad links, please check your / etc / hosts file to prevent blocking ads.

Logs in, open folders and start with ads. When downloads file, can't find them nor open. So... Uninstalled
It works beautifully. For those who won't work, I think it because your phone has been set to open the specific file format with specific apps. You need to reset it first.
Very weird comments, a lot depends on how the ftp server configured in the first place. If you have no password just press space and then it let you pass the dialog screen. No luck with avi files, looks like this works best with vlc and mp4, if you have other formats you can easily change the container with media coder without rencoding the file. So far good, simple tool, can have more features but for the purpose its enough. Using it with filazilla server to stream some stuff, so far so good.
