I would rate it with 2 stars, but the app does get the job done despite its awful look and poor usability. If we look past that, there is support for English language (only navigation though), an handy bar code scanner and very rudimentary shopping list logic. Would love to see proper sharing and collaboration for the shopping lists.
For several days, unable to complete purchase with either an unrelated credit card nor the S-Mobile app. And this is just one more thing on top of the near-useless e-commerce framework they have going on. We've been regular customers for the S-group for ages, sad that it's extremely difficult to order in from the stores.
Search interface is terrible. Editing a previously made order often hangs with no way to back out other than terminating the app process. This usually happens multiple times in sequence, making it thoroughly annoying to use the app. But you can order food when it works so that's nice.
`The idea of the app is great but execution far from perfect. It's laggy, often completely irresponsive ("tapahtui virhe") & search algorithm needs a lot of work, you often can't find what you're looking for. But for example by scanning the barcode it's found.`,How can you share a shopping list directly with another user without needing to copy-paste everything from an email (like you can do in K-Ruoka app)? The shelf locations are outdated, the search is poor, selecting a store is cumbersome, lots of features you don't need but basic things don't work. Such a frustrating app. Glad that S-group is replacing Foodie."
