It is a set of computer applications that allow you to sign and verify electronic documents; it also allows validating digital certificates in file or token issued by certifying entities accredited by ARCOTEL. It can be used as a desktop, mobile or web component.
FirmaEC is a development of the Ministry of Telecommunications and the Information Society built solely with the talent and effort of the team of the Undersecretary of Electronic Government using free software based on international best practices.
