Fenomy (Feature Economy) is an ecosystem based on the principles of horizontal economy. Fenomy consists of a cloud-based data center and circles of user connections formed on the principle of personal loyalty of members to one another. The circles of Fenomy system are real, not virtual; they reflect relations between people in real life. Each member of the system has his own unique account, which can be used for mutual settlements between members. Members themselves form the first circle through direct personal contact with other people using mobile devices or through the exchange of special codes. The first circle usually consists of family members, friends, colleagues, acquaintances. The second circle is formed automatically by the system and combines those who belong to the first circle of the members first circle.
