This app is almost the perfect app for me. Simple, uncluttered, easy to understand GUI, the ability to add and edit fasts after the fact, and reminders are all present. The ONE thing it lacks that would make it a 5-star app for me is the ability to record a note with each fast. This morning I ended a 16:8 fast early because I really felt like I needed food, but there's no way to note that. That makes the fast tracking feature very digital, a pass / fail tracker. Fasting is more complex.
I've been looking for a simple fasting app to just track fasting time and weight. This one fits the bill. Simple, no extra coaching or advice, does exactly what I need and nothing more.
Repeatedly failed every few days. I would stop a fast. 4 hours later start my next 20 hour fast. The next day I would often go into the app to find it counting a 40 hour fast from 2 days before instead of a 20 hour fast. At first I thought I was juat forgetting to end my fast and start my new one so O started taking notes to keep track of shutting down the fast and starting it and the problem persisted so I know 100% it was the app.
One month update: great app! I've been using this app for a week and so far its been working really well...I've not seen any of the issues others have recently experienced. I'll update this review if my experience changes.
I was enjoying this app, but my phone did a hard reset yesterday. I lost all my data that I've been tracking the last 150 days. The fact that the app doesn't synchronize with the cloud is unacceptable in today's day and age."
