We send out all our UK/European parcels tracked with our courier service MYHERMES. All estimated times of arrivals (ETA) are on each product on the website. Some items can take within 7 days and others can take between 2-4 weeks depending on the item you order.
Once your parcel has been sent MYHERMES will email you with a tracking code and keep you updated on when your parcel is on its way.
International parcels are sent via our courier service which Is either DPD or PARCEL FORCE.
