Worst experience ever. Grocery was delivered after 8 days & that too wasn't same as ordered. They will deliver alternate product & won't even take confirmation from customer. The biggest fraud is when the price of grocery item in the bill is different from the mentioned price on app. They delivered the product & sent me the bill on whatsapp after 4 hours & then I saw the price difference. They don't even have proper communication channel for customer to raise their issue.
During this pandemic, when we are at our home and not able to go market to buy daily essentials, so for that this is really helpful. Easy to use app format and reasonable prices with home delivery. One should give a try to this app.
Eyetie is dependable and prompt with the deliveries. Working throughout pandemic and providing all essentials at low cost. About app, navigation through all the categories is simple and fast. Items in basket remain un-altered even if we quit the app in midway.
Delivery process is very slow, some product are not available in store which is shown in app, staff does not respond properly through WhatsApp, refunding procedure is also slow. Disappointed by their services
Glad to see such application which is very easy and handy to use with. The app is so user friendly and full of products with great discount for a healthy experience
