There is only one rule:
1. Whenever you catch yourself judging/criticizing/ridiculing/slandering others - click the + button in the lower right corner! This will add one conviction (+1). The challenge ends when you reach 7.
The goal is to slowly progress and break personal records, that is, to INCREASE the time you need to reach 7 convictions.
When you start to judge someone, stop, pray for him and try to justify him.
