Energy Control play online

The Energy Control method developed by Stans van der Poel charts the personal approach to energy management and then learns to act accordingly. Each trajectory starts with an extensive intake in which several facets of health are discussed, such as medicines, complaints, sports history and possible (ongoing) treatments. In addition, the customer is tested for various situations at rest, followed by an exercise test according to the Energy Control method on the Energy Control test bike.
