Very poor service, recent order was cancelled due to no rider. But the refund took longer time and very confusing. Due to no enough money in my eco-wallet, i top up additional payment tru online banking, when cancelled, no refund money, but deducted the money from my own eco-wallet's money. Each time order said no riders, no matter in peak hour or non peak hours! Advice me only order on weekdays but not lunch or dinner time. Simply cancelled order said the shop closed after 2-3 hours waited.
in app menu list not clearly...order just wanted one by one check out to buy...can't to combine together the all of us order ...after order wanted another transfer and take photo n upload photo resit...thats too unnecessary....and then hv not folow up the ordered...wish upgrade the app n the payment side easy n useful n faster order food for customer...
Please fix this app every time I open it, it stuck at title page cant go inside the menu And the loading page is very slow every time I press the menu....
very very bad service. the delay is one thing but the customer service is horrible. we have to follow up for our own refund, they won't contact us to inform. No value in apologising if you don't improve your service. So many issue with the orders. They won't call us to inform immediately if the food not available, they will inform us after 1 hour. which supposedly after surpass the delivery time.I will not order nor recommend your service to anyone anymore.
Always get cancelled my order from them even the food done order with payment 2.30-3hours ahead. Any refund took 1 week to bank, while when payment time need to verify in their account only delivery? Fair? Few times complaint also no improvement from them, the most recent with bad attitude and leaving customer no choice just keep saying we will just refund to u. Totally disappointed with their service. If u dont want get call from them to inform cant deliver aft 2hours u order, better give up it'
