Generally a good App. Problem using my credit and/or debit cards. Can't hold multiple addresses. Both these issues are real pains in the a.
The actual cleaning services are good. The problem is actually getting them to arrive. Over a few years i have tried to use this service not one single time have they ever been able to meet the requested time. Sometimes they do not inform you of this until the day before. Really poor and frustrating as the app has the appearance of allowing you to select your own time slot. As they clearly have a bottle neck in capacity it would be a much improved service if they showed availability instead.
first 3 times I used them everything was great until the 4th time when they charged me 200 extra for being too far away.. I was in the same place as the first 3 times.. wouldn't reply to my emails or live chat.. will never use again and urge others to stay away
Very good experience, will use this app again for sure! I used it for cleaning and the job was very well done. The cleaner was on time and everything from the reminders to the ease of use makes me want to come back and use it again.
The laundry service is poorly explained and difficult to determine what service i need. If i want my socks and pants washec and dried, my shirts washed, ironed and hung and my towels washed and folded? I chose a collection and delivery date but it would not accept. No messages. Didnt accept any changes Gave up!'
