DK Bilingual Dictionary Audio App is the perfect companion to your visual dictionary, and to learning a new language. For each language, over 7,000 words and phrases are spoken in both English and the language of the title. All words are from the books and are spoken by native speakers. Simply play online the free app, then use your copy of the book to fully access audio for one of six languages: Arabic, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.
This clear, comprehensive and easy-to-use app contains all the content from each Bilingual Visual Dictionary. Just like the book, the vocabulary is arranged thematically, with subjects including shopping, food and drink, study, work, travel and transport, health and appearance, sport and leisure, technology and the home. Search for the page you want, tap on any word to listen to it being spoken, scroll up and down the word lists for each topic, and swipe left or right to go to the next or previous page.

I love learningy languages and I love the DK Visual Dictionary series as a vocabulary resource. I've got about 6 of them. So, getting this app was a no brainer. And I *loved* it. Untill one day I opened it and it insisted that all of my dictionaries we're no longer iny library. Oh, the downloads were still on my phone but the program didn't recognize them. I tried reinstalling the app. No change. I rescanned each dictionary. It still insists that there are no files on my device.
The first day I downloaded this app it worked great!! Loved it!! 2nd day, I tapped on a word to hear the audio and nothing!! I Uninstalled the app and downloaded it again, still no audio. Without the audio, this app is basically useless. Very disappointing
