GEMS: Collect gems by overcoming the obstacles. For every obstacle overcome you will receive an emerald. For every 10th obstacle overcome you get one ruby and for every 50th obstacle you get one saphirre.

Score >= 30: silver medal
Score >= 50: gold medal
