Diabetes care is a dynamic evolving process. This app helps primary care physicians and paediatricians to manage T1DM at point of insulin initiation and follow-up. This is to help to tide over initial crisis in management till expert input/ tertiary care access is available/ follow up in primary settings. It is not a replacement for a structured follow up in a multidisciplinary diabetes clinic. This app guides clinicians to manage DM aged 4-16 years (toddlers, neonatal Diabetes and adolescents are best managed by experts). Clinical assessment and discretion and sugar pattern should be taken into account while planning T1DM management
