Horrible Customer Service, tried to cancel during trial period (my phone froze, or didn't load completely or I didn't make it through all the stepe) but something went wrong and I didn't know until I was charged the outrageous weekly price. I have tried reading out 3 times about a refund and can't even get a response! Wasn't worth 3.99!@??(>[)44
`Dreadful!! You can't use the free part of the app unless you confirm to sign up for £28!!!!! A MONTH!!!!!! There's always the option to cancel the subscription before the "free trial" is up but if anybody else is like me and forgot when the free trial ends that's practically thirty quid down the drain!! Needless to say I uninstalled immediately.`,I just curious on how this apps work, turn out it automatically asked you to subscribe and pay per week (theres a 3 days trial tho). When I tried to cancel the subscription, turns out it can't be cancelled from its app, which I need to go to my credit card setting and cancel it from there. And its not cheap! I suggest you need to cancel the payment right after you uninstall it.
It was fun at first, but the app said I had a free trial and then the next week it'll charge me. Without my options of canceling they automatically charged me!!! Its not worth clicking on the free trial. I asked for a refund which comes in 10 business days. Another thing is that this app doesn't have the option to cancel or unsubscribe button
