Sign In Screen - After the user email id is verified by the firebase they can login to the app

Option1 (Criminal List) - Gives information about the people to be aware in their locality
Option 2 (When crime Appears) - Users can upload the information about the crime along with the time, picture, details and location
Option 3(Alert Parents) - Users can alert via phone or sending message
Option 4(Area Safety Alert) - Users can provide information about the unsafe area in their locality
