`Been a member since create and craft launched and was granted a lifetime membership, since being taken over my "membership" has disappeared. Tried loading the app as it wasn't appearing on the website, but the app won't load. Just a plain grey screen. I'm not willing to place an order until my 10% discount is reinstated. Contacted Create and Craft several times. They are slow to answer, then only dealing with part of the query and ignoring the rest. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️`,Just downloaded app to see if applies member discount as website isn't. Can't log in on App as keyboard doesn't come up. Have uninstalled and installed twice - doesn't work As of Feb 22, it doesn't work at all. Just get grey screen Going to uninstall now and not bother as couldn't use before due to no keyboard coming up
Could not purchase an item from CC told me my card wasn't linked to account I've been a customer since 2014. I've tried getting on CC but just a blank screen I purchased something last week same card and arrived no problem. Think they'll lose a lot of customers the way things are going and there telephonist need a lesson on how to help customers who ring up not tell me they can't help. Rant over.
Been a customer for years. Used the App with no problems, when they merged i was told to uninstall the App snd then install it. Bad bad move now all i get is a grey screen, ive uninstalled it 3 times and still get the same screen GREY. All these problems is making me want to cancel membership and just order from the suppliers own website. CREATE AND CRAFT YOU NEED TO GET THIS SORTED ASAP.
I have just reinstalled this app again after trying for the last few weeks only to find that now I don't get a blank screen, I get the C&C logo, so now no longer to use the app on my phone at all, not good for the C&C members who loved to watch tv and by goods. If this keeps going on may reconsider renewing my membership"
