Craving To Quit is a 21-day program based on a successful smoking cessation program developed and tested at Yale University. A clinical trial of this program delivered as a group-based in-person training over 4 weeks proved to be twice as effective as the gold standard treatment.
Craving to Quit provides daily instruction through playlists of audio and video tracks, goal-setting tools, and daily reminders. As you progress through the program, we will walk you down to 0 cigarettes/day by giving you the tools you need to successfully quit smoking one step at a time.

I was ready to start speaking English in Spanish only chat rooms. And I was ready to work this thing all the way through. But I wasn't ready to quit exactly. I was only ready for the end of a new begining. Refreshing to know that when someone you do not like approaches you, you force control with the relationship your telling yourself now is way out of control. It probably didn't smell that way looking back at it but that's what it was and I'm not going to dye for not being able to breath.
Totally worth $25 to get the full version (less than three packs of cigs). I'm only on day 7 but I can already tell smoking is less and less appealing. The community and coaches are really helpful. It's still tough but dang I've been trying to quit on my own for months and that never worked for more than a day!
This app is amazing and well worth the money! It actually deals with the mental aspect of quitting (which is much tougher to overcome than the physical!). Using mindfulness techniques I am effectively learning to break the craving cycle of smoking. This app allows you to gradually cut back on smoking as it gives you the tools to handle the cravings rather than running from them. Trained counselors answer all of your questions and provide support. Awesome!
Very good lessons for letting go of smoking. The program is great and the community is encouraging. I quit in about 30 days. Could use some updates to make the app more responsive as its a bit rigid one the timing and notifications are repetitive.
Issue with video - even when I select full screen, the video stays very small, and if there's a fix for this, please let me know. I like the app otherwise."
