Connect by JacksonWhite is an app that provides a user-friendly, streamlined, paperless, experience to help determine if an individual living in Arizona would qualify to have some or all of their long-term care paid for by ALTCS. The Arizona Long-Term Care System, ALTCS, is a branch of Arizonas Medicaid program that covers long-term health care for qualifying individuals. ALTCS differs from Medicare because it is needs based, meaning that only those who meet strict eligibility requirements qualify for the benefit. Further, ALTCS can indefinitely cover long-term care while Medicare only covers acute services for a limited period of time.
