Great compass. Unfortunately, I'm in the US and there is no way to change temperature to Fahrenheit.
Good app but why is temperature shown in degrees above absolute zero. Also it would be nice if degrees were in Fahrenheit and distances in miles. Is there a way to calibrate elevation?
This app, even after 9.99 purchase, places ads within the Notification Menu and even when the app has not been active for a long time. Daily Ads are placed in my Notifications Window. I wasted Ten Dollars trusting their statement to remove all ads. And I have never seen another app that actually places ads within your phone notifications pull-down menu. If it weren't for the company taking my money with a false promise to remove ads, I would give this app 5 stars for its functionality, accuracy, and ease of use. My brain is slow cognitively; It took me weeks to figure out where in the world these Notification Menu ads were generated. Then, I was more disappointed when I checked my receipts and I had paid $9.99 to remove all ads.
pro: good looking GUI con: 1. a few too many ads popping up when starting ap and when closing it.(distracting when in motion) 2.. heading jumps around quite a bit when in motion. (a user controlled dampening function would be good) 3.. will not reorient to "landscape" mode despite phone is set to autorotate screen. (makes it difficult to mount on some vehicle phone holders)
Paid $10 but still get ads in the form of push notifications every hour of the day and night. The app is cluttered but okay. *Update: The advertising notifications have stopped, thank goodness! I upgraded from zero stars to three. I will reassess the program and consider rating it higher. Thank you, developers for responding. ***Second update: It is 12:20 in the morning. Compass just woke me up with an ad.'
