Established in June 2008 by Dr. Nichole Nicolas, CCP has garnered tremendous community support as we strive to provide students with the support they need to successfully access and complete their postsecondary education. We believe that with targeted, consistent, and ongoing guidance, all students can graduate from high school with a plan for achieving their educational and vocational goals. We must help them realize that their dreams are within their reach!
