I have subscribe the premium service for over half a year. I keep doing the measurements and the apps is fine until November 2021. There is a measurement error keeps pop-up and the measurement cannot be uploaded. I have contacted the customer service with screencaps. I got 1 reply for advising to unpair the device with the apps and pair again. I follow all the guidelines but still got the error. And there are no more replies from the cs over 1 month. So I terminate the premium service. The apps and the service suck. Just don't purchase the device and the premium subscription.
It worked a couple of times.... I pay subscription, I get in error message. I contacted support with screen shot. They've not bothered getting back to me. The device is useless now. It has reasonable potential but I'm not happy. Support please investigate my error message that requests me to contact you!
The app came with a device on from Indigogo. The device seems great. The App really not. Measures but no explanation what it means. Gives food advice nobody asked for. But for what it is supposed to do measure and manage it does not. Even subscribed to check it out but always asked for more measurements but did not report details. Really disappointing. Would not get this device again. Wish it had another app.
My experience is same as some other users. The device is taking a reading however it is not registering in the records. I am getting an error message to contact cloudmed. I messaged them with a screenshot and was told to reboot the device. There is no detailed mention about how to reboot the device. Anyways I tried to reboot it and use it again and got the same error message. The yearly subscription that I habe already paid is a waste and now I am not even sure if I can use the device.
App seems to be busted. What's the point of this if it won't work? It seems to have been broken a long while judging by the messages from others. Why did I support the Indiegogo for this if this is the support provided to their users? Fix these issues please, or just admit you won't continue support."
