Interface looks nice but the totally not user friendly. The apps does not tell direct me to sign up even the system prompts me to sign in before continue to use the system. And the sign up option is well hidden as well. Overall the design is nice, the functionality not really, barely functionable.
Account couldn't log in for tickets purchased due to system failure. Staff blamed customer for phone's problem and 2 phones were using to installed the app on the spot to prove and turns up it is truly the apps problem. Kindly fix it ASAP in order to avoid the inconvenience caused especially to the customer. THANK YOU!
`Absolute rubbish of an app. Tried to purchase tickets 3x times and had to wait 20mins each time during payment only for the app to tell me it didn't go thru. Who on earth makes their customers wait "3 to 20 minutes" for confirmation? Ridiculous.`,Sign up for it but when i try to buy tickets.... pending need approval.... what kind of apps like dat... so bad....! since i sign up until the next day still pending! bad experience!! the workers also bad services....! didnt help at all....
