In principle it's very easy, there's shrinking circles all around you, with each of them having a gap pointing towards a random direction. Get hit by the circle - GAME OVER!
However, slip through the gaps in each circle and you'll last a bit longer.
Easy, right? Yeah, at the beginning! But with each passing circle the game will speed up and you'll have to become faster, while the background tries to throw you off in a hypnotizing manner.
