Use UptoPlay to play online the game Chinese in Flow.
Learn Chinese characters in an easy way.
This application helps you to study and review Chinese characters.
It covers the HSK characters from levels 1 to 3 with the pinyin and English translations for each.
There are 3 modes to study.
Learn
In this mode you are presented with a character and translation to remember. Then you are then shown the character and a few possible translations and you have to choose the correct English translation. This mode proceeds like this through all 30 characters in each set.
Practice
In this mode you are show a single character and have to choose the correct pinyin and English translation from a set of eight possibilities. You have a limited amount of time to match all the characters.
Review
In this mode you are shown a character and need to think of the translation yourself. You can then click on show to reveal the translation. If you were correct then you can move on to the next character. Otherwise you can see the character again.
This application stores you progress so that you can see how you are progressing with each set of characters.
Long press on a content set or option to reset your progress. By doing this, you can go through the learning process as many times as you like.

I absolutely love this app! It's a challenging and fun experience for someone who has only studied it on my own time. My only wish to better the app is that the options remain permanent. Having to turn on sound and turn off pinyin and translation every session is distracting and takes time from study. Thank you for making this free though!!! <3
Great app! My only complaint is that you can't actually turn off the pinyin/English in Review mode. It gives you the option to disable one of these, but either way you get both the pinyin and English with every character. So the options menu doesn't work for Review. If you fix this, I'd give the app 5 stars.
This is probably the most overlooked app for learning Chinese. Let me compare this to PLECO's flashcard game. You can put thousands of cards into a PLECO set, but you need to circulate through all of the cards before you see the card again. If you get one wrong, you will get it wrong when you see it again hours later. Although In Flow had only preset flashcard sets, the benefit to using this one is that if you forget a character, you will see it again 10 sec later, and again until its mastered.
Great study app. Pronunciation paired with characters in a slow review or timed, self-competitive environment. Each session really drills you on your character recognition and listening skills. Options are perfect, like sound on or off, english on or off. Very clear and well-designed function.
I really like this app. My favorite part is the timed practice. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because when you turn the sound on for a lesson, every time you do the lesson, you have to turn the sound on again. It should remember your preference."
