The app provides young people the chance to rate how their conversation went and get ideas about the next steps forward to support a friend. There's also tips about looking after your own mental health, links to online forums and a range of online and phone services available for young Australians.

This is a really great looking app, and fantastic for a first release. Got some great ideas behind it as well, and I love the fact that it's not specifically Australia-targeted - I can recommend it to my overseas friends as well. Some parts are a little tricky to use - I keep missing the information circles, maybe they should be more prominent and easier to click since their contents are the main content especially for tips - but it's a really slick app. 4/5 for now, but would 4.5 if I could. <3"
