1. Resolve the problem of the arena can not refresh the number of challenges

No support.....Ordered a few things and never received any of the items. Cant find anywhere in-game to communicate with support on why they take your money but don't pay-up on their end. I liked the game till they take your money and give you nothing.
THIS GAME IS A SCAM!!!! If you purchase anything they will take your money, the game won't allow you to view it because it will finish the transaction and still read on all the game messages that you haven't purchased anything. So you're stuck with the adds, and all other B.S. and have nothing to show for it, except less money in your account.
Bought the newbie pack. Money was deducted but no pack was added. Can't even buy it again since it says I already own it. Not a great first impression. Refund my money or correct this problem.
In all honesty, gameplay is great and very similar to the first game But I miss the first game, I wish it was still downloadable
THIS GAME IS A SCAM. IN GAME PURCHASES WILL NOT BE DELIVERED. All but one of the heros are locked behind a pay wall, and advancement is gated by gems which are uncommon rewards. So if you want to progress, you have to spend cash. However, after making the purchase and getting the recipt, your purchased items will never be delivered.'
