I do enjoy this game; a little too much. However, there are a few things that bother me. According to Hoyle, you are supposed to complete two Canastas before going out. The computer opponent always goes out at the first opportunity. Like lovemaking, I prefer this game to go long and slow. Also, the computer opponent almost always melds with the five point cards I throw away. A very annoying rookie move. Guest 13583.
`When it works, I enjoy it. I've completed the levels to be able to play Hand and Foot, which is my favorite and after a while, my points disappear and I have to start with Canasta to build to the 500 pts to 'buy" Hand & Foot. This has happened 3 times. It also will not load in order to play....I will NOT try again!`,Great game.... Only one set back.... Sometimes I will have a canasta.. And the game will not accept it . and let me go out... Then I need to return all the cards which I just drew and. Lost out on many points... Because the computer takes its next turn ... And does the exact same thing that I just tried to do.... The computer gets all those points and then goes out and wins the game or the round... When I should have been the one that won... Very fructrating...
Update: Due to the new volume of ads the game is no longer enjoyable. It's a nuisance and had to unistall. I'm NOT going to be FORCED to sit through 5 minutes of ads for any game. Great game, great graphics, appropriate ads. For those who don't know how to play please add instructions on how/why the user can just discard a card until initial card goal is met. 4 stars because I had to forfeit 6 times until I could figure it out. Will change once instructions are updated.
I really like this game. However I have written the developers and asked them twice to correct the game. The computer is able to make a meld off the discard pile with only one matching card and a wild card. Rules state you have to have 2 matching cards to draw from the discard pile. I always want to leave the game when this happens. Signed, Still waiting.'
