I wanted an app that would show me free campsites in CO since I rarely pay to camp. This one is pretty, but that's about it. In addition to being buggy, the app only shows you about 7 campgrounds in all of CO unless you buy premium and there's no trial, so it's basically useless. Why would I pay you $9/month if I don't even know how good the selection is? I can understand charging premium for features like fire-ban updates and offline maps, but just to browse campsites? Good luck with that.
Great app for finding dispersed camping sites. These camping areas can be difficult to find information online. The links to maps, websites and the current fire ban information are all very helpful. There are about 60 or so documented areas in Colorado right now with more to come, I'm sure.
`I have all of the same complaints as the guy from 5/21/2020; I read his review yet still downloaded the app thinking "well, it can't really be like that"...but it really is. I mean, I guess it's cool that you can see 7 places to camp for free but that's for the entire state.`,You must pay to access most camp sites. This was misleading. I have more luck using dyrt or campendium since you don't have to pay. If I want free camping why would I want to pay to find it.
