Comments:
Continuosly stops displaying comments, requiring reinstalling to correct. Have had to uninstall and reinstall three times this week alone. The same for my spouse. Would score a zero if I could. Three days I had to reinstall this week. Still only worth a zero. Still worth a zero 10/7/2021 after three days having to reinstall. Paper support claims nothing is wrong with the app.
App is cumbersome to use, limited in choice and application, and slow to respond. The little number balloon over text that I want to read is extremely annoying. If I wanted to know how many people commented on an article, I would check out comments and reviews. Not happy with this app.
Love getting my ePaper first thing in the morning where ever I go. The layout is great, just like reading an actual paper. If there's an article I particularly like I can save it or print it out. I highly recommend the Calgary Herald paper.
Handy convenient and easy to use. Can read it anywhere.
A little glitchy at the start with having to the app trying to charge me when I was set up for the subscription. Once that has been resolved 5 stars. Easy and convenient to read on one's device especially since we were having delivery issues with the printed edition."
