Buzzmed is an app strategically designed after understanding the needs of busy medical professionals. It brings to them, a curated and updated news from scientific journals in chosen therapy area. The content is carefully selected and written by professional writers in a concise manner for quick understanding. Easy left swipe takes user to full story and full text link. If user is not in a mood to read, app also have Read Loud feature so that users can listen to the news and updates. Articles of interest can be shared with their contacts in mobile or users can also email the article to their own registered email ID for later reading or reference.
After downloading the app, users go online within one minute with minimal login requirements. However, at any later date, user can complete their profile to receive more relevant news.
Currently app covers news from important therapeutic areas like diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. Depending on the suggestion we receive from users through in-app link, we will soon extend coverage to other therapy areas. We also seek suggestions on news websites and journal that we should cover to make the daily dose relevant and comprehensive.
