Consumers have exercised freedom of speech, provided by the Second Amendment, for many years when reviewing businesses. Many don't realize that businesses also have the same right.

PatronCheck is the first offering of its kind, providing the opportunity for businesses to review customers. PatronCheck members share good, bad, even fraudulent behavior connected to their customers' name, and/or their address, and/or email address or phone number. PatronCheck members have the ability to rate their customers from one to five stars.

Members also describe what took place during their interaction with their customers (e.g, customer paid as agreed, recommended us to friends, customer refused to pay, check bounced, transaction resulted in charge-back, gave us a unwarranted bad review, etc.), as well as describe their customers' behavior during the transaction (e.g., customer was polite, easy to please, condescending, patronizing, rude, argumentative, belligerent, physically threatening, etc.).
