Breathe For Change (B4C) is on a mission to Change the World, One Teacher at a Time.The B4C app is designed by teachers, for teachers to provide world-class PD in mind-body wellness and social-emotional learning for educators.
Receive support for your own well-being, develop yourself professionally, and exchange invaluable resources and expertise with a global community of passionate educators. Content includes mindfulness and meditation practices, wellness and yoga classes, and professional development in our renowned SEL*F curriculum for social-emotional learning and *facilitation* that honors and values the educator’s own self in the learning process.
Choose recorded videos and resources to use on your own schedule, or join a live interactive session with our world-renowned curriculum and instruction team. Members of our app also receive priority access to our world’s only 200-hour Wellness and Yoga Teacher Training for Educators, which is now available in 11 U.S. cities and counting.

ABOUT OUR MOVEMENT
Founded in 2015 out of Dr. Ilana Nankin’s dissertation research, Breathe For Change has now certified over 2,000 educators as champions of well-being via our world’s only 200-hour Wellness and Yoga Teacher Training.
Our theory of change is to empower educators as wellness and SEL*F experts to transform the education system from the inside out. Our curriculum takes educators through a progression of transformation starting with the self and expanding into relationships and communities. Our graduates are currently enhancing the health and well-being of over 200,000 students and community members - and our broader community
