3) Workout Tracking
The workout card of all Body Carpenters Gym members is automatically included in the app. You do not need to carry workout card now!

4) Gym Check In & Check Out
A very intuitive way to check in and checkout from Gym to maintain your presence directly from application

5) Diet Plan
Body Carpenters Gym members will get their diet plan on their phone so they can carry it anywhere and follow it to stay in shape!
Any non gym member can even make a FREE request for diet plan. One of our professional dietitians will review your profile and provide you the best suitable diet plan for your goal.

6) Daily Activities
Body Carpenters Gym members can track their daily activities like how many steps they have walk, gym presence, workout status

7) Leaderboard
Exercise is a fun when you see the results. With every step you walk, the workout you perform and regular presence in the gym earn you points. With these points, you stand a chance to be on top on the leaderboard and to become an inspiration for others!

8) Become a member
