Pathetic Service, Don't waste your money. I booked 2 20 litres bottle 15 days back and till today iam behind them for delivery trusting the brand I paid online now I'm getting a reason that I'm not responding to their calls. When i have provided my full address with door number flat number why the hell they expect us to receive the call instead of delivery it.They keep on Lieing that they tried reaching us but no response. Coustomer care promise that you will receive the product soon but won't ☹
I placed order of 2 bottles of 20 liter and one of the bottle have rapper of tobacco inside it. While placing water inside the container i noticed it. When I called customer they said we can't accept it. Seriously this big brand is doing this disgusting mistakes. People order this trusting on this brand and this disgusting mistake that shows you don't even check and clean the bottle before filling it up. I am so disappointed. This brand has broke my trust. It's better to go with local brand .

This app is cheating customers , I ordered 20Litres Can 3 No's but Delivery of water Cans not done and they have sent an email it is delivered. Bisleri Customer care I called they said the executive will speak to me for the delivery, but no executive called me. Really cheating Business."
