The Selection for Non-commissioned Officers for the National Police is a series of tests and evaluations carried out by the Indonesian National Police (Polri) to select candidates for non-commissioned officers to be accepted as members of the National Police. This selection consists of several stages, namely:

Registration: Candidates for non-commissioned officers must register online through the official Polri website.

General Knowledge Test: Candidates for non-commissioned officers will be tested for their knowledge of general subjects such as Mathematics, Indonesian, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and History.

Health Test: Candidates for non-commissioned officers will undergo a medical examination to determine whether they meet the physical and mental requirements to become members of the Indonesian National Police.

Physical Competency Test: Candidates for non-commissioned officers will be tested for their physical abilities in tests such as running, sit-ups and pull-ups.

National Insights Test: Candidates for non-commissioned officers will be tested for their knowledge of Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, Unity in Diversity, and Indonesian history.

Academic Ability Test: Candidates for non-commissioned officers will be tested for their academic abilities related to the police field such as Law, Police Knowledge, Criminology and Investigation.

Psychological Test: Candidates for non-commissioned officers will undergo psychological tests to determine the suitability of their personality and cognitive abilities with the duties that must be carried out as members of the National Police.

After successfully passing all the selection stages, the candidate for non-commissioned officer will undergo a period of education at a police school and after graduation will be appointed a member of the National Police with the rank of Non-Commissioned Officer.
