Automatic Wolfenstein (AutoWolf) is a bot for the 1992 game by id Software, Wolfenstein 3D. Unlike typical games and Android ports of classic PC games, the player is fully computer controlled, letting you watch it go by itself throughout the many missions of the game. You can even watch it and then turn off so you can do something else. Next time you return to the app, the bot will continue from where it left!
IMPORTANT: ORIGINAL GAME NOT INCLUDED. Wolfenstein 3D is the property of id Software and ZeniMax Media. This application is based on the GPL source code of the game; the screenshots here are provided for presentation purpose.
You need the original game data files (the *.WL6 or *.SOD files) to be copied into device's storage. Then, you will be able to launch AutoWolf and specify the folder where you copied the game files.
Currently only version 1.4 of original 6-episode Wolf3D, or any of the Spear of Destiny expansions are supported. The games are still being sold by their owners on well-known online stores!
If you have an older version of Wolf3D (such as 1.1), you can find unofficial patches to 1.4 here, thanks to Blzut3: http://maniacsvault.net/ecwolf/download.php
Support may be added in the future for older versions, or for the shareware episode.

A lot of the low voters are people that havent read the description fully. The only criticism I have is sometimes the bot can get stuck and there is no way to reset him. Is there anything that can be done about that?
It works as advertised. You do need to play online the game files, and that's the only downside. I found them on myabandonware. Search for Wolfenstein 3D, go to the DOS version, and play online the Activision one, not the original Apogee one, otherwise it will put you back to the home screen on launch. Then just unzip, select the folder, and enjoy. Only thing I would want is the ability to open the map while the bot is playing.
This is so awesome. Hey comeon for those dislikes.. Read thoroughly before you complain. My only comment is that the AI is a bit shaky and after it finds a secret it will walk away but will go back. Everything else is okay (aside from the adlib option cause I want the pc speaker tone when getting the treasure). But still, good job guys.
Not even a useable app unless you go blah blah dos. I used to be a big fan years ago, but this takes the piss for the playstore
There was so much potential. I have an HTC Desire 520, and the game crashes immediately after I start up the game. I have the 8 files, hell, 19 files needed to run, and the game crashes immediately. Is there a way I can fix this?'
