Absolutely appauling. My Vehicle has been submitted for about 2 weeks now. The first day an agent called and took down my details. She said an evaluation consultant will contact me shortly and here i am still waiting. Wingfield motors has great service but the people running the app and website need to jack up their feedback to clients.
This app is some sort of gimmick. I gave them all the details of my vehicle to sell. They took all the info and requested more by email. Once I gave them the info they disappeared, never to be heard from again. No communication whatsoever. Be careful with this app. Don't give them your info like me.
App doesn't Work: Took me 2 reinstalled and 6 login attempts before the app decide not to crash and let me sign in. after I scanned the disc.. enter all mydetails but that's as far as I got. kept getting a error not letting me continue. I've uninstalled will go elsewhere to sell car.
Great friendly and efficient service, Dominic and Charles kept me updated all the way until my car was sold. Thank you very much.
