Comments:
Terrible new app and clearly has had no testing. It is just full of bugs from start to finish. Clicking on a downloaded issue sometimes brings up that issue, other times just the latest one. Then most articles only seem to be the text and no pictures. Errors clicking the suggestion thumbnails . Finally you sometimes only get the cover page as content. Can you please roll back the release as this makes trying to read the magazine impossible. Ie I will cancel my subscription if not fixed soon.
This app has serious issues running on my Samsung Tablet running Android 7.1.2. Although the app opens, I do not have access to the menu tabs such as text size. If a page does not fit on the screen, you cannot scroll down. In effect at present I cannot use the app to view the products that I have purchased.
A shockingly bad downgrade which robs the user of a magazine-like experience. The user interface looks like a 20 year website; the instructions are unclear; the Dark Mode is illegible interspersed with White pages on a downloaded copy. Terrible. Give me the old version anytime.
