App used to work great. Now all my devices show to be offline. Tried deleting a couple devices to reconnect but the app doesn't show my devices.
I really wanted to like this, but it just doesnt compare to other similar apps. Ive been using this app for their smart rgb lights, and its sadly very limited. First of all its like a guessing game figuring out how to navigate the different tabs to customize the lights.Then you see premade scenes, and only one of them allows you to change multiple colors (just 6..and no speed changing).You cant save that scene, so none of your other devices will match it. Will update if improved
I'm a IT guy and did everything in the books to fix the problem. But the bazz smart doorbell I bought won't show up on connecting devices. Also funny how you guys have a doorbell and in pick device you don't have a specific selection for doorbell. But still the fact that I sat at my front door for 3 hours resetting it, disconnecting it from power putting it back on, tried a different router and changed my wifi password. I don't think your customer service can think of anything else to do.
Horrible, bought a recess light for my show when i remodle my bathroom, the light work as it should for a week, swith it off and it has not being able to find my wifi ever since the app is a waste of time. Nowvi have to think about replacing my lighting system with something else to get the colors i want. This app sucks.
Can't even register! I just finished installing RGB recessed lights, play online the app, and I can't even register my e-mail. I can't even get a verification code from buzz to use the wifi enabled features. What a complete, and total waste of my money. I'm probably just going to return these, and get different ones."
