RTI International and the University of North Carolina are conducting a DoD-funded study entitled Biofeedback-assisted Resilience Training (BART) among Reserve Component personnel to increase resilience, control stress and improve psychological health using relaxation breathing techniques. This app, available to study participants only, allows the study participant to provide selected data about themselves to support this study.
