`I only found out through trial and error that "authorization denied" shows if you put a space in the reg number. Only found out from other reviews here that it has max photo file size of 3mb. Error messages aren't shown to the user so you just don't know why it isn't working. And I still didn't hear back from them after trying again with small file size photos.`,

App doesn't work. When I upload photos it doesn't give any confirmation, and when I submit claim it gives me an error as if I didn't upload photos. So I recon the photo upload feature don't work, and I can't submit claims, making the app useless.

Terrible app, picture uploaded rarely works. Paid for insurance and can claim! Terrible app do not use

Bleugh, the app provides no absolutely no feedback to suggest it isn't working (or really any feedback at all) until you hit send and it tells you to 'please upload photos' first. Now redownloading (thought the app could be bugged) and discovering that the app can't handle large (high res) files. First setup and login very smooth, no clunky exchange between dealership-insurer-me, app is clean and straight forwards but needs error messages and bigger uploads. Will update review following claim

I initially couldn't upload photos from an S9 as many other people couldn't. The solution is to take a photo in a reduced size or crop the full size photo and the app works fine. Might be a good idea if the app made this quite clear. Given 3 stars so far as I'm now waiting for a call back re the photos submitted."
